Let’s consider first the “Bake” in the dish. Bake is a popular edible item in the Caribbean, made with flour. Bake and shark is a local flatbread that is usually cut into half and filled with shark meat. The toppings may vary from tomatoes, pineapple, lettuce, and onions. While for the sauces, you may opt for the local shado beni, garlic, or even tamarind. Paired with a local drink or even a beer, you will have yourself one of the most unique delicacies.
